Ralph Klotz - Controller
Ralph Klotz is from the east coast, originally from Pennsylvania. He has been goal-oriented throughout his life and that dedication shows. Upon graduating high school, Ralph attended Northampton Country Community College and it wasn't long before he went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania. Graduation day finally came and Ralph joined up with the US Air Force where he served for a time.
He was hired by Bethlehem Steel Corporation, which was then the second largest steel producer in the country. He worked in several positions until he was made controller for a private company within Bethlehem Steel. Altogether, Ralph worked for the two companies for 30 years. Life eventually took him to Arizona and he currently lives in Mesa.
Ralph, brought on-board with Rainforest Plumbing & Air in 2005. He brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the team. "I enjoy problem-solving with numbers," he says. He also likes working with so many great people. "I enjoy seeing the growth here at Rainforest and "I look forward to the constant push forward," he says. In just 4 years, Ralph has seen a time of immense growth at Rainforest Plumbing & Air. "I know we are doing something right," he remarked confidently.
Phil Butler - Director of Service
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Phil moved o Phoenix at the age of 2. After graduating from AlhambraHigh School, Phil attended college at GCC & Mundus Institute of Course Studies, studying Hospitality Law, Communications, Sales, Marketing and Construction Theory. Phil has 20 years in the plumbing industry with experience in residential, light commercial, commercial, industrial, and repair design. During his spare time he uses his experience to teach a variety of classes. Phil is married with five children and 2 grandchildren.
Jeff McKinnon- HVAC Manager
Jeff was born in S. West Iowa and moved to Phoenix as a teenager in 1969. Jeff graduated from MaryvaleHigh School in 1971 and attended GlendaleCommunity College, University of Alaska and Universal Technical Institute.
With 32 years in the industry, Jeff’s experience is broad ranging from residential to industrial. He has designed builds for the construction of custom homes and light commercial buildings. His experience also includes chillers, boilers, hydronics and mechanical piping systems. Jeff is Married with 2 children.
