    Rob was a very courteous and capable technician who arrived at the scheduled time. He not only fixed the issue but made sure “ I got my money’s worth.” This is is the second time I have used Rainforest and will use them in the future, especially now that I am a “Cabana” member.     Called after a capacitor that was installed about a month ago went out. Bryan tech#21 who did a great job last time exceeded even the best case scenario today. He was at my doorstep within an hour and the AC was running before it hit 82 degrees in the house---HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Rob was great! He was patient as I had other questions about getting our home completely re-piped. He answered both my daughter's questions and mine. I do appreciate people who are willing to answer my questions and don't just dismiss me because I am a female so having my daughter there who was able to see the communication and great flow and even jumped in with her question is huge and very much appreciated!

    Our A/C blew out last Sunday evening, and after a call, a technician was out assessing the issue the next morning. By the middle of the week, our ancient unit was fully replaced with a brand new, quieter 16 SEER- with summer in full swing here, I did have significant concerns about the pricing, but I felt that the amount we were billed was very fair. Was also very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, and will definitely be calling on Rainforest's services again if something happens with our HVAC or plumbing. Strongly recommended.

  • Great Work
    This spring we had our air conditioner serviced, and the AC company that serviced it bent the pan and did not put it in place nor did they flush the line. The pan overflowed and drained toward the living room ceiling instead of to the drain. A large section of our ceiling was ruined and had 2 be replaced. Brian (22) diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and took care of the line etc. Then he put an emergency shut off valve on the ac and totally serviced the unit. Thanks, Brian, 4 a great job.

  • Very Helpful Staff
    We had a minor gas leak (confirmed by SW Gas), and we called Rainforest for someone to detect where and repair. We needed someone quickly and Rob came to our house the same day as we called in. He worked diligently checking every possibility. Tightened all valves resealed as necessary. Checked and checked pressure until he was sure all was good. Gas was later turned back on and we've had no problem since. Rob was especially helpful to us, explaining things as he went. I would only call Rainforest for any plumbing needs in the future.

  • I Couldn’t Be Happier With My Experience
    We had an issue with our sink and I spent 12 hours trying to solve it with the help of Home Depot “experts”. Rainforest sent Rob out and he was able to fix it within 10 minutes, teach me about what happened, and gave me a couple of specialty parts to complete that repair in the future if it happened again. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Good Job Rainforest, and I think Rob deserves a promotion.

    I called to have a plumber come to fix a leak as soon as possible and one was available within the hour. Rob Radcliff was quick to repair the leak and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling Rainforest for my next fix...

    Add: Well, it wasn't soon enough when I had to call to have my toilet replaced due to yet another leak. Rob came right after he was done with another job he was on. Everything was bought for and replaced. I am VERY satisfied with the services Rob provided. He was very professional and courteous. ROB DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!

    Josh was awesome. Did some work for us at our apartment over 2 days (a lot of work, to be honest) and helped us out massively. Best service we could have asked for, and a cool guy to talk to as well. He did a great job, so I'm sure we won't need anyone back out for a long time, but if for any reason something else comes up, I hope you send Josh again. Great work. Great guy

  • Pleasant Experience From Start to Finish
    This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The office staff was great about listening to the problem and arranging for our free consult. We needed both bathroom drain pipes replaced in our condo. Jose came to give us an in-person inspection and quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Gerardo Mendoza came back the very next day to do the replacement of our drain pipes. He was also very professional and did a great job! No mess and we now have leak-free pipes and new sink drains which match our faucets perfectly.

    This was a pretty good experience. There was a hiccup with the time promised, but when (Rob) the technician finally showed up, he was extremely professional and proficient with fixing the issue I was experiencing with my toilet. I would definitely recommend Rainforest for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. The technicians are true professionals!
