When you book your faucet installation service your personal, trained technician will come to your home and inspect your current faucet, countertop and sink, and identify any issues.
During your 30 minute evaluation your technician will:
- Look for rust, dripping water, cracked cartridges that may have caused damage to the surrounding faucet area.
- Evaluate size and location of current hole drills.
- Measure size of kitchen and bathroom countertop, and size and depth of sink.
- Identify water flow, pressure or temperature issues.
You will then be sent to our partnering showroom to select potential styles and finishes for us to consider in your quote. At the end of the evaluation process you will have a comprehensive quote with recommendations based on your home's needs.

INSTALLATION
Once your quote is approved, your technician will move forward with the faucet ordering process, and if in stock at our suppliers, we can get right to work. If not currently available, most faucets are able to be shipped to us within 3-4 weeks. We will then schedule your install on a date and time that works with your schedule.
Once the faucet is in hand, your personal technician will show up at the predetermined installation time, and will install your faucet within x-x hours, making sure to maintain a clean and orderly work space (wearing booties and laying down floor coverings) with minimum interruption to your day to day life.
